  Beatrice, the SIXT manager in Richmond, London is extraordinary! Our initial car was too small for our luggage (over packed) and she worked tirelessly to locate a larger vehicle, adjust our rental and helped straighten out the billing issue created by our credit card company. Customer service is rapidly falling by the wayside but Beatrice restored old fashioned whatever it takes to make the customer happy service a reality. Amazing person and outstanding company representative. Highly recommend SIXT if all the reps are this dedicated.
